Restricted community in Western North Carolina

River Birch is a restricted community located in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains of Western North Carolina. Deeded restrictions  regulate tree removal, home design , home placement, and house size to protect the environment and each homeowner's investment. Generous green spaces promote privacy and preserve the tranquility. A homeowners' association will be created to ensure ongoing high standards for the communtiy.

River Birch adjoins Tap Roots Farm, where champion show horses are bred and trained. Residents can enjoy watching the horses and babies at play. Tap Roots offers boarding for community residents who have a horse of their own.
